Prospective Families

At Prince of Peace, our investment is with your child, both now and in the future. As our Vision States: We empower the whole child in preparation for life in an ever changing world.

Prince of Peace School is proud to be chosen a Seton Catholic School. Seton Catholic Schools is a collaborative network of Archdiocese of Milwaukee Catholic elementary schools providing the highest caliber academic and spiritual formation programs for all students. What differentiates Seton Catholic Schools is a holistic approach to educating, supporting, and inspiring students in Catholic character and values; it will allow them to live their best life and positively impact their communities.

This is the significance of The Seton Way

It is education tailored to meet the needs of our children today and laying the groundwork for their bright tomorrows. Mind, Body, and Spirit are the three tenets of “The Seton Way”

Seton is paving the way for exceptional Catholic education in the 21st century. We are advancing students through a leading educational model designed for ultimate student success.

To meet the needs of the whole child, Seton offers necessary services and support for a student’s emotional well-being, safety, and physical needs.

At Seton, we’re building strong character and changing lives. Our students have a solid faith foundation preparing them to meet every challenge that life brings.

Enrollment

We welcome children and their families for all faiths. Our community is comprised of people from all walks of life, economic conditions, backgrounds and cultures.

Choosing the right school for your child is the single most important decision for their future. We’re here to answer all you questions and concerns, which is why the registration process for new families begins with an interview with the Principal or Assistant Principal. Once you choose Prince of Peace, our dedicated office staff will assist you in completing all the necessary paperwork to enroll your child.

New student registration begins in February. We encourage new families to schedule a tour of our campuses. Let our teachers and staff show you why Prince of Peace is the right school for your child and the welcoming community for your family.

Choice Resources

Prince of Peace School is proud to participate in both the Wisconsin and Milwaukee Parental Choice Programs. We believe that financial limitations should not be a barrier to the ability of parents to provide a values-based Catholic education to their children.

The Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP) began in 1990 to meet the needs of families that wish to send their children to private school but do not have the financial means to do so. The idea of parent choice was expanded in 2013 by the statewide Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP).

These choice programs give parents the opportunity to choose private education for their children regardless of financial circumstances. Both the Wisconsin and Milwaukee Parental Choice Programs allow for low-income families to send their children to private schools tuition-free through a tuition-free voucher program.

Both programs have similar eligibility standards based on family size, income, and residency. The specific facts and figures are available on the Parental Choice Program website. Families who live in the city of Milwaukee should refer to the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP). Families residing in Wisconsin but not in Milwaukee or Racine are eligible for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP).

All enrollment applications for the 2017-2018 school year will need to be submitted online through the Department of Public Instruction website.
